Aotearoa New Zealand

• Tracked nationwide delivery — $12 flat rate per order

• Rural addresses add $5.70

• Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days for urban areas, or 3–6 working days for rural areas after dispatch

• Orders are packed and sent from Wellington

Australia

• Tracked flat rate shipping — $25 per order

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days for most cities, or up to 10 working days for rural areas after dispatch

Packaging

All orders are packed in rigid cardboard book mailer boxes, designed specifically for books.

This packaging:

• Prevents bending and corner damage

• Protects the spine during transit

• Handles courier sorting and transport more reliably

• Keeps books flat and secure from dispatch to delivery

This upgrade ensures each copy arrives in the best possible condition, ready to be read, shared, and kept.

Fulfilment

This is a pre-order.

Pre-orders open Saturday 10 January 2026 and close Saturday 24 January 2026.
Books are printed after pre-orders close and are expected to be packed and shipped in February 2026.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

Returns & Exchanges

Each book is carefully checked and packed before sending.

If your order arrives damaged or with an issue, please email
callum@moemoeamedialab.com within 7 days of delivery, including a photo so we can help sort it quickly.

As this is a small, independent kaupapa, refunds or exchanges are offered only for damaged or lost items.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. Once tracking is active, we’re unable to change delivery details.
