Returns and Refunds

Every book is packed carefully and checked before sending. If your order arrives damaged or with a problem, please email callum@moemoeamedialab.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo.

Because this is a small independent kaupapa, refunds or exchanges are only offered for damaged or lost items.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. Once tracking is active, we’re unable to change the address.
