Aotearoa NZ
Tracked nationwide delivery — flat rate $12 NZD per order.
Rural addresses add $5.70 NZD.
Delivery takes 1–3 working days (urban) or 3–6 working days (rural).

Australia
Tracked shipping — flat rate $25 NZD per order.
Delivery takes 3–7 working days for major cities or up to 10 days for rural areas.

Processing
Orders are packed and shipped from Wellington, NZ. Pre-orders are sent once printing is complete. Tracking details will be emailed when your order ships.

Lost or damaged items
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days or arrives damaged, email callum@moemoeamedialab.com with your order number and a photo.
