This store is run by Moemoeā Media Lab Ltd, based in Wellington, New Zealand. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and Pricing
All prices are in NZD and include GST. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Product details and pricing may change if needed.

Payment
We accept credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

Pre-Orders and Fulfilment
Pre-orders are sent once printing is complete. Estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. You’ll get tracking details when your order ships.

Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped with NZ Post. Delivery times can vary due to postal delays or public holidays.

Refunds
Refunds or replacements are offered only for items damaged or lost in transit. Email callum@moemoeamedialab.com within 7 days of delivery.

Privacy
Your personal information is used only to process and deliver your order. We don’t share or sell your data.
